Our Lean Six Sigma team, which includes Certified Six Sigma Green Belts*, leads ongoing process improvement projects to increase operational efficiencies and decrease waste across the organization. All departments (Logistics, Quality, Purchasing, Planning, Operations, R&D, and Administration) are involved in these optimization opportunities. *Certifications received from the American Society of Quality (ASQ)
Our Total Quality Management (TQM) and Voice of the Customer (VOC) programs ensure our Customer's products meet or exceed expectations.
In addition to our standard safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Process), and job-related training programs, our Adam University program provides ongoing educational opportunities to enhance our employee's skills both on and off the job.
Additionally, team members in Supervisory or Managerial roles participate in at least two educational courses each year to improve teambuilding, communication, and leadership.
